Golf Performance

TPI Level 1 Golf Screening & Performance Training | JACO Rehab

Clinically guided physical performance training for golfers of all levels.

Golf places repetitive rotational and loading demands on the spine, hips, shoulders, and lower extremities. Limitations in mobility, strength, balance, or movement control can reduce performance capacity and increase injury risk over time.

This service integrates a Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Level 1 movement screen with individualized performance training, delivered one-on-one by a licensed Physical Therapist / Doctor of Physical Therapy at JACO Rehab. The focus is on identifying physical limitations that influence golf performance and addressing them through evidence-based training and injury-prevention principles.

Who This Service Is For

What Is a TPI Level 1 Screen?

The TPI Level 1 screen is a standardized movement assessment used to identify physical limitations commonly associated with swing inefficiencies and injury risk. Rather than attempting to change swing mechanics, the screen evaluates what the body can and cannot do, allowing training to target the most meaningful physical contributors to golf performance.
