Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants


We’re hiring physical therapists and physical therapist assistants in our Oahu locations. Our clinics are currently located throughout southern and central Oahu, including Honolulu, Waikele, Mililani, and Kapolei. 

We are accepting resumes at all experience levels:

  • Experience in outpatient orthopedics and sports medicine preferred, but not required
  • Must have graduated from an accredited physical therapy program
  • Current state license as a physical therapist required, or must be in the application process
  • CPR certification

Front Desk Staff


JACO Rehab is also looking for motivated front desk staff to join the team! As the front desk, you play an important role in customer service. You will often coordinate with therapists to solve scheduling and insurance needs of each patient.

Duties include:

  • Using the electronic medical records system to schedule appointments.
  • Accommodate patients at check-in and check-out.
  • Communicate with referring providers, therapists, and other relevant medical professionals.
  • Professionally administer calls to providers and patients.
  • Perform a variety of clerical duties including faxing, scheduling, making calls, and scanning.
  • Register new patients and prepare their charts.
  • Ensure all insurance policies and procedures are met.
  • Receive payments for services and products.

Qualifications:

  • Must be able to perform each essential duty listed above satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED), BA, or BS preferred.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably working directly with patients in a medical setting.
  • Language Skills: Ability to read, comprehend and interpret instructions, correspondence, and memos.
  • Computer Skills: 50+ wpm, Mac OS, Microsoft Office including but not limited to Word, Excel.
