If you need physical therapy, here are the steps to get you started:

  1. Please do not self-diagnose or follow your friend's-uncle's-sister's advice. Leave it to the experts! You should always visit an MD to diagnose your injury or condition. Physical Therapists can only treat you when you have a Physical Therapy prescription from an MD.

  2. We work with the majority of the best physicians in Hawaii, and your doctor may know us very well. When your doctor recommends Physical Therapy, make him/her aware of your choice. Most doctors’ offices have our blank prescription forms in their office, or you can always download this one if needed.

  3. Please call us to set up your first appointment after you receive the completed prescription form (the referral). Bring in the referral to your first appointment with us.
